When a probation statement is given to the Id maker the judge orders him to comply with some conditions for a specific time such as 12 months or even more. These conditions include giving a regular update to the probation officer about leaving the town, or not being associated with all other known criminals, to maintain employment after paying all the required fines.
Making a fake id can be taken as a pleasant task but it's after effect can be risky if used for misconducting or abusing anyone. An id isn't constantly needed for doing certain exercises.
