HOW TO GET YOUR LAKELAND POLICE DEPARTMENT ACCIDENT REPORT

To get your Lakeland Police Department accident report, you must fill out a notarized Sworn Statement form and turn it into the records department. Typically, the Lakeland Police Department allows you to request an accident report within 60 days of the crash.
