No code tools and still Lambda School grows, how?

At Lambda, no-code tools are used in the process of admissions. They are also used in teaching, and helping students to find jobs. When this school started initially, the situation was not favorable because they hired developers to have it all done. However, they were instructors for the school and were also busy lecturing and writing the syllabus or curriculum. The school only has some few engineers to build products. However, there was much that needed to be built and it required a faster buildup. Lambda School many no-code tools are used for different methods.

In the area of admissions

One vital process that is run at the school with the no code tools for various processes is the admissions method. The school has been through countless changes of their admission process to find unique data points that aid them to know the right students that will be best at Lambda. Since no code tools are used, the school has been able to test and repeat on this method.

Unique transitions till now

To ensure the school got up and operating, the school began its admissions process by using the typeform application process. One of the major gains this brought is the provisional logic flow. The school was able to make changes easily and ask for details that was required based on stuff like the specific program students wanted to join, the country they were from, and so on. When Lambda School received an application that had the likelihood to be the best fit, a calendly link was sent to have an interview scheduled with the admissions department. The next major change happened in the area of having a proper CRM system implemented for the salesforce. Now, when students completed an application, Zapier was used to have data cleaning done and then moved data to salesforce. With salesforce, other automations took place. All these happened before now. Click here to know more about #LAMBDA SCHOOL.
