Reuse an old article into new is a healthy habit. For someone on a budget there always a need to watch your financial back, thus reusing the best random orbit sander sandpaper in to a best hand sander, requires major skill.

So, here are the following steps to reuse an old sandpaper-
- Clean the sandpaper by soaking in water for a considerable amount of time and then removing the stuck wood particles with a metal brush.
Once this step is done, you need to dry the sandpaper.
- Structure it like your pads
Trace the sandpaper on Medium-density fireboard (MDF), easily available.
Sanding pads have holes to let the dust get away and not cause friction while work. Like Bosch orbital sander pad has 6 holes; Ryobi sander pad has 8 holes.
- Cut the shape

- Adhere it together
Join the MDF cut-out pad with the sand paper with CA glue. Put the CA glue on the center of your pad and stick it both together.
