Anxiety is a state where the body and the mind are
unable to respond normally and properly, due to reasons such as- tiredness,
restlessness, sleep disorder, fear, mental pressure, tension, stress,
nervousness, etc. There can be several things happening with your body and your
mind during this state. Increase of heartbeat rate, sweating, feeling tired,
shaking of the body, sweating, body pain, lack of concentration, dizziness, and
many other such things happen during anxiety.
Is anxiety a serious issue?
Anxiety can be very serious and be minor at the same
time. This severeness can be checked by the way a person responds to different
things. It can be treated, there are different ways of getting out of anxiety.
It can be therapies, medication, meditation, yoga, etc. If anxiety is not
treated and taken care of at the proper time then it can lead to depression. It
